Community Care FundThe Community Care Fund is a grassroots initiative of the Social Justice Committee at Zion Lutheran Church in Floyd, Virginia, providing direct support to individuals and families facing urgent financial hardship, medical emergencies, housing instability, legal challenges, transportation barriers, and other critical needs.

Community Members Apply or Are Referred
Individuals and families can submit requests for assistance directly through our website or through trusted community referrals.
Needs Are Reviewed With Compassion
Our volunteer team evaluates requests carefully, confidentially, and with dignity.
Under $500
Requests under $500 will be processed using the form submitted and, if approved, administered to the requestor.
Over $500
Requests over $500 will have a fundraiser established for them on this page. Funds raised will be administered monthly.
